 use the $3 RP manufactured pon
and the $1 off commissary coupon you can find in front of the holiday packs on the shelf

    Hey, they are both manufacturers coupons, and you can't stack both at the Exchange. But if it was a Exchange FB coupon or store coupon from their booklet, you could stack with a manufacturer coupon.

    And you can't stack at the Commissary :/
